My Mexico Vacation Packing List
Swimsuits, jewelry, and colorful dresses for some much needed time in the sun!
I am SO ready to head somewhere tropical and am thanking my 2025 self for planning our February family vacation to Mexico. We’re staying at an all-inclusive for the first time (not sure what to expect but we hear “it’s a nice one” lol) and I will for sure report back on that experience.
Whether you have a warm-weather on the horizon, or you’re just dreaming of warmer days ahead (How many more days below freezing can we stand!?) I’m highlighting what’s in my bag for our trip to Mexico + other resort wear favorites that caught my eye. Don’t miss the full list here!
This colorful striped skirt couldn’t be more “me” if it tried! I plan to wear it with a bikini top to the pool.
Sun protection over everything, but bonus points because this wide brim hat is also extremely cute.
There’s no way I could justify buying this $1800 bag, but I’m so excited to rent it for the week! I’m thinking I’ll use it as a very chic pool bag. (Use code JULIAD for your first month free.)
Tuckernuck rarely misses when it comes to resort wear, this embroidered maxi dress looks like a dream.
J.Crew brought back its classic square neck one piece, but how fun is the sparkle fabric?
These denim cutoff shorts have a cult like following (for a reason!)
I’m never at the beach without a baseball cap!
This maxi dress is the perfect pop of color!
These minimalist flip flops are practical enough to wear to the beach and pool, but still chic enough to wear with a maxi dress (win win!)
I can’t resist a colorful necklace to dress up a basic outfit.
This fuchsia, red, and pink bikini top and high rise bottoms provide the perfect amount of coverage for me.
Whats’s a beach vacation without some seashell jewelry?
I’m delighted Birkenstocks are back in style, because it means we get lots of modern colorways.
This is not your average one piece swimsuit!
How many beach bags is too many to bring, because I don’t know if I can resist this one from Farm Rio!
I always bring a sweatshirt to either wear on the plane, or wear inside if it gets chilly.
My secret to easily taming flyaways and frizz on a beach trip.
The face and body sunscreen that will definitely be in my bag!
